Matthew 7:5 “Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to remove the splinter out of your brother’s eye.
In todays live it is so easy for us to see the splinter in someone else’s eye, but not the plank in our own.
Why is it that we can see or even point out the wrongs others do or say so quickly, but when it comes to ourselves, it takes a long time for us to see the wrongs we do or say to others, sometimes we do not even acknowledge, see or admit our own wrongs.
We so often see the wrongs other people do or say to us but we aren’t really willing to look to ourselves, it’s easy to say and judge each other, but can you first look towards yourself and see the wrongs you do?
We need to look toward our own actions first, we need to ask for forgiveness for the wrongs we do to others and we need to repent, to make a U-turn from that sin and walk away from them and walk towards YHWH (God).
Remember the way you judge others, you will be judged.
We are hypocrites if we judge others and see their wrongs, but are not willing to see our own. We cannot go around pointing out others faults and flaws if we cannot even look too our own faults and flaws.
We judge others for the things they do or say to us and get mad, but have you lately look to yourself, really took a long hard look at yourself. It is not easy looking inward and looking to your own shortcomings, flaws and faults. I have to admit we are all flawed humans, but thankfully, we have a Perfect Father, Creator that loves and loved us so much He sent His one and only Son for us.
Let’s take time reflecting and in prayer, asking YHWH (God) to help us to do and be better, not to judge our brothers and sisters and not to find fault in their doings and sayings, but to look to ourselves first and then helping them in a godly way.
Together we can stand and be united with YHWH (God).
Let the Holy Spirit help you and lead you through your journey of healing and forgiving.
Let the Fruits of The Spirit show in you and through you.
Be blessed and love the time you have with each other, be a blessing in other’s lives.
Blessings and Shalom to all
